Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international locations. International shipping times may vary between 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
